Membership is open to all individuals with an interest in the history of German-speaking central Europe.
Membership is entered into on a calendar year basis from January to December. All members receive print copies of the issues in that year's volume. If you become a member during the middle of the year, all back copies of Central European History published during that subscription year will be delivered to you.
All members also receive online access to volumes 33-49 (2000-2016). For an additional fee, members can elect to also receive access to the full digital archive of CEH, spanning from 1968-1999 (volumes 1-32).
Austrian History Yearbook: CEHS members may receive a print and electronic subscription to Austrian History Yearbook at a discounted rate. This subscription offers access to material published in the journal from 2005 to the current year.
